Job summary

Highland Recruitment is seeking an experienced WHS Business Partner to join a global organisation with a strong Australian presence. Based in Goulburn, the role combines strategic WHS leadership with hands-on support across NSW sites, including travel to Bowral and Goulburn.

You will strengthen safety culture, manage risk, and drive continuous improvement alongside site managers and operations teams. From day one you’ll advise leaders, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety initiatives,

Qualifications

• 3+ years' WHS experience across multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of Australian WHS legislation and risk management.
• Experience with incident investigations, audits and safety training.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Practical, proactive approach; able to work with people at all levels.

Our client is a global organisation with a strong Australian presence, operating across multiple agricultural and production sites. We are seeking an experienced WHS Business Partner to join their team, based in Goulburn. This is a diverse role combining strategic WHS leadership with practical, on-the-ground support. You will work closely with managers and operational teams across NSW to strengthen safety culture, manage risk and drive continuous improvement.
