Reporting to the HSEQ Manager, you will provide safety guidance and leadership across the business, driving education, risk management and continuous improvement in health, safety and environmental performance.

This role emphasizes engaging with managers, conducting inspections, leading safety meetings and maintaining training records to foster a strong safety culture within a manufacturing setting.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
• First Aid Certificate and CPR required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with safety systems and regulatory standards.

Aufgaben

• Maintain safety records and safety system compliance.
• Chair monthly safety committee meetings.
• Conduct workplace inspections and risk assessments.
• Lead toolbox talks and safety training sessions.
• Onboard new employees with safety induction.
• Maintain staff training and competency records.
• Educate employees on safe work practices and procedures.
• Collaborate with managers to embed a strong safety culture.
• Contribute to continuous safety and risk management improvement.
