If you're a pragmatic WHS professional who can balance compliance requirements with operational realities, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

Partner with leaders across the business to provide practical, risk-based WHS advice and support.

Contribute to the development and execution of Shiperoo's WHS strategy, objectives, and annual priorities.

Develop, implement, and continuously improve WHS policies, procedures, and management systems.

Monitor and interpret relevant WHS legislation, regulations, standards, and codes of practice, ensuring ongoing compliance.

Support safe systems of work, including SOPs, SWPs and risk assessments.

Lead and coordinate workplace inspections, audits, and risk assessments across multiple sites.

Manage incident reporting and investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.

Support the management of notifiable incidents and WHS reporting obligations.

Coach and influence leaders to build capability, accountability, and positive safety behaviors.

  • Strong working knowledge of Australian WHS legislation and compliance requirements.

  • Demonstrated experience in hazard management, incident investigation, and root cause analysis.
