Arnold Group in Brisbane is seeking an experienced WHS Coordinator to join our major construction project. This onsite role will work closely with site teams to drive a practical safety culture and ensure compliance across SWMS and safety plans.

You will conduct site inspections, risk assessments and incident investigations, provide on-the-spot coaching, and help implement WHS, quality and environmental management systems on site.

Formación

• Previous WHS experience in commercial or residential construction.
• Minimum Certificate IV in WHS or relevant safety qualification.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety legislation, SWMS and risk management.
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage with site teams.
• Hands-on approach to safety, not just paperwork.
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently.

Immediate start.Established builder with a strong pipeline of projects We are looking for an experienced and proactive WHS Coordinator to join a well-established construction business with an exciting pipeline of projects.
