Job summary

Morson Edge Australia is seeking a proactive WHS, Compliance & Site Support to join our Labour Hire team. You will balance office coordination with site visits, performing safety inspections and supporting the Contract Team and WHS Manager to keep operations running smoothly.

Ideal candidates will manage onboarding for new clients, communicate with Contractors, track risks, and drive end-to-end compliance. ADriver's licence and White Card CPCWHS1001 are required, with a focus on reliability,

Responsibilities

• Coordinate office and site activities while supporting Labour Hire operations.
• Conduct on-site safety inspections and follow-up actions.

• Onboard new contractors and communicate requirements to contractors.
• Manage end-to-end compliance processes and documentation from contracts to approvals.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking a WHS, Compliance & Site Support to work closely with the Contract Team and WHS & Compliance Manager to support the smooth day-to-day running of the Labour Hire side of the business.

About the Role

This is a varied and hands-on position that combines office coordination and visiting work sites and completing site safety inspections. You will play an integral role in ensuring the Labour Hire business operates efficiently while supporting the consultants across multiple functions. Working closely with senior leadership and internal stakeholders, this role offers excellent exposure to business operations and the opportunity to develop a broad skillset.

Your Ideal Experience

• Competent organising site inspections on site or virtually
• Ability to track safety compliance
• Experience in raising and managing identified risks and hazards with senior management
• Management of New Client Onboarding
• Engaging with communications to all Contractors
• Experience in sending all new contract agreements to new Contractors
• Management of end-to-end compliance processes
