Job summary

Morson Edge is seeking a WHS, Compliance & Site Support to coordinate site inspections and support the Labour Hire operation. You will work with the Contract Team and WHS Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and robust compliance across sites.

The role offers exposure to leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the chance to develop a broad skillset in operations and WHS processes.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating site inspections on site or virtually.
• Ability to track safety compliance and raise risks with management.
• Experience handling end-to-end compliance processes and onboarding.
• Proven communication with contractors and client onboarding.
• Administrative accuracy and proactive follow-up with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site inspections and safety checks across multiple sites.
• Support consultants and contract teams with compliance tasks.
• Onboard new clients and manage contract communications with contractors.
• Track risks, hazards, and ensure timely escalation to leadership.
• Maintain orderly documentation and reporting for WHS compliance.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking a WHS, Compliance & Site Support to work closely with the Contract Team and WHS & Compliance Manager to support the smooth day-to-day running of the Labour Hire side of the business.

About the Role

This is a varied and hands-on position that combines office coordination and visiting work sites and completing site safety inspections. You will play an integral role in ensuring the Labour Hire business operates efficiently while supporting the consultants across multiple functions.

Working closely with senior leadership and internal stakeholders, this role offers excellent exposure to business operations and the opportunity to develop a broad skillset.

Your Ideal Experience:

• Competent organising site inspections on site or virtually
• Ability to track safety compliance
• Experience in raising and managing identified risks and hazards with senior management
• Management of New Client Onboarding
• Engaging with communications to all Contractors
• Experience in sending all new contract agreements to new Contractors
• Management of end-to-end compliance processes

• Reliable, proactive and confident following up with people
