Job summary

Community Lifestyle Support Ltd in Bundaberg is seeking a WHS Administration Officer to support wellbeing and safety activities. You will manage records, assist with incident handling and coordinate inspections while providing a proactive, customer-focused service to staff.

The role requires strong communication, computer literacy and the ability to balance multiple tasks in a small team. A suitable WHS or admin qualification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Workplace Health & Safety, administration or related discipline, or relevant experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of WHS legislation, risk management and incident reporting.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly first point of contact for WHS and wellbeing enquiries.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support across WHS and safety tasks.
• Keep WHS systems, registers and documentation accurate and up to date.
• Assist with incident, hazard and corrective action administration.
• Coordinate inspections, emergency preparedness and WHS documentation.
