Techforce Personnel is seeking a Consultant for a Brisbane-based, client-facing role focused on work health and safety, quality assurance, environmental management and HR. You’ll partner with Principal Consultants to design, implement and improve management systems that support legal compliance and operational excellence.

In this hybrid position you’ll split time between client sites and the office, delivering practical advice, training and clear reports.

Qualifikationen

• Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline.
• Preferred three years' experience in Work Health and Safety.
• Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
• Strong organisational and project management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Conduct WHS inspections, audits and risk assessments
• Design, implement and continuously improve management systems
• Develop policies, procedures and compliance documentation
• Deliver training workshops and toolbox sessions
• Provide practical advice to help clients achieve compliance outcomes
• Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service
• Prepare clear, professional reports and recommendations
• Support project delivery to agreed timelines and budgets
