Job summary

Aon in Melbourne is seeking a motivated WHS Consultant to join our People Solutions practice in Melbourne. This role will suit someone with hands-on Work Health and Safety experience who is ready to apply their technical knowledge in a consulting environment.

You will work with experienced colleagues to support the delivery of practical WHS solutions for a broad range of corporate clients. You will gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of clients across Victoria and Australia, supporting

Qualifications

• Experience in Work Health and Safety.
• Exposure to WHS systems, frameworks, procedures and risk management processes.
• Experience supporting the development, implementation or review of WHS management systems.
• Strong written communication skills, including report writing and documentation.
• Ability to build relationships with clients, colleagues and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the delivery of WHS advisory projects and client engagements.
• Assisting with the review and development of WHS frameworks, procedures and processes.
• Preparing reports, proposals and other key project deliverables.
• Working with clients to understand their WHS needs and safety priorities.
• Contributing to practical recommendations that help improve safety outcomes.
• Collaborating with colleagues across Aon to deliver high-quality client solutions.
