Winning Appliances is seeking a results-driven WHS Advisor to shape safety culture across Australia and New Zealand. You will implement our Health & Safety Policy and manage the Health & Safety Management System across transport, logistics, warehousing, retail and office environments.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of multi-site WHS experience, a Certificate IV/ Diploma in WHS or Bachelor’s in WHS, and strong stakeholder engagement. Travel between sites and current first aid are preferred.

Formación

• 3+ years of work health and safety experience across multi-site retail, logistics or warehousing.
• Strong knowledge of local legislation and standards; HVNL/COR familiarity a plus.
• Excellent written communication and training delivery skills.

Responsabilidades

• Interpret and implement the health and safety policy and manage the HSMS across sites.
• Administer safety software, provide training, coaching and data maintenance.
• Lead risk assessments, incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Coordinate audits, site visits and external regulatory requests.
• Report health and safety performance indicators to leadership.
