Chandler Macleod is seeking reliable and motivated Packers to join the bakery production team based in Eaglehawk. This casual ongoing position offers an immediate start with a variety of shifts to suit operational needs.

Key duties include machine operation, quality checks, production cleaning and general packing, all performed in a fast-paced food production environment with strict food safety and GMP compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing/food production preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work across day, afternoon, and night shifts.
• Reliable transport and a strong work ethic.

Bakery Packer | Casual Ongoing Opportunity | Eaglehawk Chandler Macleod is currently seeking reliable and motivated Packers to join our client's bakery production team based in Eaglehawk.

This is a casual ongoing position with an immediate start available, offering a variety of shifts to suit operational requirements.

About the Role

Working within a fast-paced food production environment, your duties will include:

• Machine operation
• Completing quality checks
• Production cleaning
• General packing duties
• Adhering to food safety and GMP requirements
• Other production-related tasks as required

To Be Successful, You Will Have

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or food processing environment (preferred but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work across various shifts, including day, afternoon, and night shift as required
• Reliable transport and a strong work ethic
• The ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Pre-Employment Requirements

• Pass a Drug & Alcohol (D&A) test
• Complete a National Police Check (NPC)
