Job summary

ASHTABULA in Redcliffe, QLD, is seeking a reliable Warehouse Coordinator to manage our small warehouse end-to-end. You will receive stock, pick and pack, scan into our systems, and handle invoices and couriers.

The role requires strong numerical and communication skills, forklift license is ideal, and you will interact with customers by phone and email to coordinate delivery schedules. The position is full-time, on-site at 10 Noel Street, Clontarf.

About Us

We are a small company of 9 employees, based in Redcliffe, Queensland and we design, manufacture, and sell a range of high visual impact, bright, colourful, loud & proud supporter apparel. We wholesale our products to many retail stores throughout AUS & NZ, as well as operate a number of eCommerce websites (some our own & some on behalf of third parties)

Your Role

We are currently looking for a reliable and diligent Warehouse Coordinator to run our small but dynamic warehouse. You will have full ownership of this task and the role is completely hands on.

Your Responsibilities

• Receiving stock and putting away into stock locations
• Picking products accurately according to customer orders
• Scanning products into computer programs as required
• Packing stock efficiently
• Generating and sending customer invoices in hard copy and via email
• Loading incoming stock into stock management system
• Processing returns and generating credit notes
• Sending stock via couriers and Aust Post
• Cleaning warehouse and office space
• Communicating via phone and email with customers on stock availability and delivery timing
• Addressing customer needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to develop and maintain strong relationships
• Upselling and Cross selling of products
• Rotating stock so that the warehouse runs efficiently
• Serving walk in customers as required and processing orders through Square and point of sale devices

Salary

This position is paid in accordance with the Storage Services and Wholesale Award 2020. We are prepared to pay above this award for the right person.It depends on your qualifications, experience and how suitable you are for this role.
