• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline; postgraduate qualification desirable.
• Strong credit and risk assessment capability with sound commercial judgement.
• High-quality financial analysis and structured problem-solving skills.
• Confident written and verbal communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to manage priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

• Prepare credit submissions aligned with risk policies and underwriting standards.
• Analyse historical performance, forecasts and sensitivities.
• Assess group structures, entities and counterparty risk.
• Determine key credit risk parameters such as PD and LGD.
• Conduct annual client credit reviews and ongoing portfolio monitoring.
• Identify and respond to emerging client or portfolio risks.
• Contribute to portfolio insights and continuous improvement initiatives.
