Universal Store in Sydney is seeking an experienced Store Manager to own a high‑performing store, lead a passionate team, and drive customer experience and commercial success.

You will take on responsibility for day‑to‑day operations, people development, and delivering strong results within a fast paced retail environment. This role offers growth opportunities within the business.

Qualifications

• Strong retail background with hands on experience across both shop floor and stockroom.
• Proven experience as a Store Manager, leading medium to large teams.
• High attention to detail with a strong understanding of retail profitability.

We're looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager who is eager to step into a Store Manager position and make their mark. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of your own store, lead a passionate team, and drive both customer experience and commercial success.

The successful candidate will work a Tuesday–Saturday roster, including late night trade.

Responsibilities
