BlueCare in Kingaroy Canowindra Aged Care Facility is seeking a Wellness Partner to deliver engaging, person-centred wellness programs for residents. You’ll work with residents, families and the care team to foster participation, independence and quality of life.
As part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, you’ll facilitate activities, assess wellbeing, and help create safe, welcoming spaces. A Certificate IV in Leisure and Health is required, with a Queensland Driver Licence.
