BlueCare Labrador Aged Care Facility is seeking a Wellness Partner to develop and deliver person‑centred wellness activities for residents, working across groups and 1:1 settings. The role supports physical, emotional and cognitive wellbeing, collaborating with care staff and families to tailor programs that respect independence and dignity.
You will guide volunteers, maintain records and participate in continuous improvement while upholding quality standards and safety.
Under the leadership of the Wellness Lead, the Wellness Partner delivers engaging, inclusive and person‑centred wellness activities that support residents’ physical, emotional, social and cognitive wellbeing. The role works directly with residents to understand their individual interests, cultural backgrounds and abilities, enabling meaningful participation that promotes independence, choice, dignity and quality of life in alignment with organisational expectations and the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards.
