Job summary

UnitingCare Health Pty Ltd. is seeking a Wellness Partner for the BlueCare Kingaroy Canowindra Aged Care Facility to deliver engaging wellness activities that enhance residents’ quality of life.

You will work closely with residents, families and the care team to tailor programs, promoting independence, dignity and participation. You will facilitate both group sessions and individual activities, adapt to diverse abilities, and help document wellbeing changes.

Through meaningful activities and genuine relationships, you'll support residents' wellbeing and quality of life every day.**About the role:**As a **Wellness Partner**, you'll deliver engaging, person-centred wellness programs that support residents' physical, emotional, social and cognitive wellbeing. Working closely with residents, families and the wider care team, you'll help create opportunities for meaningful participation, independence and connection.
