Job summary

Merici College is seeking a Pastoral and Transition Coordinator in Australia to lead wellbeing programs and oversee student transitions into and through College life.

The role requires collaboration with staff, families and community partners to drive student engagement and leadership within an all-girls Catholic IB World School offering MYP and DP, with a strong focus on holistic development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Teaching/Education or Master of Teaching is required.
• WWVP (Working with Vulnerable People) registration is required.
• TQI (Teacher Quality Institute) registration is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate programs supporting students and families as they transition into and through College life.
• Lead transition initiatives and mentor student leaders.
• Collaborate with staff, families, feeder schools and community partners to foster wellbeing and engagement.
• Contribute to an inclusive and connected school community.
