Job summary

Merici College is seeking a Pastoral and Transition Coordinator in Australia to lead wellbeing programs and oversee student transitions into and through College life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Teaching/Education or Master of Teaching is required.
• WWVP (Working with Vulnerable People) registration is required.
• TQI (Teacher Quality Institute) registration is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate programs supporting students and families as they transition into and through College life.
• Lead transition initiatives and mentor student leaders.

About the Role

The Pastoral and Transition Coordinator is a key wellbeing and leadership position responsible for coordinating programs that support students and families as they transition into and through College life. Working collaboratively with staff, students, families, feeder schools and community partners, the successful applicant will lead transition initiatives, support student wellbeing and engagement, mentor student leaders, and contribute to a positive, inclusive and connected school community.
