Job summary

Opal HealthCare is seeking a creative and compassionate Wellbeing Manager for Lakes Entrance Care Community to lead the Meaningful Life program and enrich residents’ daily lives in Lakes Entrance, Victoria. This role focuses on designing engaging activities, mentoring staff, and enhancing overall well-being across physical, emotional, and social domains.

The successful candidate will collaborate with clinical teams, participate in leadership pathways, and benefit from training and study support

Qualifications

• Experience in program coordination, lifestyle, wellbeing, or a similar role (aged care highly regarded).
• Excellent creativity, organisation, and communication skills.
• Leadership experience or a strong desire to coach and support a team.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment medical and NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse program of events and activities supporting physical, emotional, social, and spiritual wellbeing.
• Develop personalised engagement plans for residents based on backgrounds and preferences.
• Coach and mentor care team to deliver meaningful daily interactions with residents.
• Collaborate with clinical and allied health teams to support mobility, independence, and quality of life.
• Drive a vibrant community culture where every resident can thrive.
