RSL Queensland is seeking a Wellbeing Practitioner to support veterans and their families through trauma-informed, strengths-based case management. You will conduct holistic assessments, develop support plans and coordinate health, housing and financial services to help clients navigate complex systems.
With an active caseload of 15–20, you’ll build trusted relationships with clients and partners while maintaining accurate records and ensuring positive outcomes.

As a Wellbeing Practitioner, you'll provide trauma-informed, strengths-based case management across a diverse range of needs. You'll conduct holistic assessments, develop support plans, coordinate services and help clients navigate health, housing, financial and community support systems.
You’ll manage an active caseload of approximately 15–20 clients, working alongside veterans, families and service providers to achieve positive outcomes.
You’re a compassionate and capable practitioner who builds trust, works well with complexity and is committed to helping veterans and their families achieve meaningful outcomes.
An understanding of the ADF environment and the unique needs of the veteran community will be highly regarded.
