RSL Queensland works alongside more than 230 Sub Branches across the state, supporting the volunteers who serve their local veteran communities.
As an Engagement Officer, you'll strengthen relationships between District Offices and Sub Branches, helping volunteer-led organisations access the guidance, resources and support they need to operate effectively and deliver positive outcomes for veterans and their families.
This is a full-time permanent role based out of our RSL Central Queensland District Office in Mackay. Regular travel throughout the region is required, and occasional after-hours flexibility is essential.
You're a confident relationship-builder who can influence without direct authority, navigate competing priorities and build credibility with a diverse range of stakeholders. You might come from stakeholder engagement, community development, local government, membership organisations, veterans' services or a similar relationship-driven environment.
