Job summary

Opal HealthCare in Bairnsdale is inviting applications for a Wellbeing Manager to lead our Meaningful Life program and enrich residents' lives at Bairnsdale Parklands Care Community.

You will design engaging activities, tailor engagement plans, mentor care teams, and collaborate with clinical staff to support mobility, independence and wellbeing, with Monday–Friday daytime hours and a supportive, values-led workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience in program coordination, lifestyle, wellbeing, or a similar role.
• Excellent creativity, organisation and communication skills.
• Leadership experience or desire to coach and support a team.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment medical and NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse program of events and activities for resident wellbeing.
• Develop personalised engagement plans celebrating residents' backgrounds.
• Coach and mentor the care team to deliver meaningful daily interactions.
• Collaborate with clinical and allied health teams to support mobility and quality of life.
• Foster a vibrant community culture where residents can thrive.
