Job summary

Qube is seeking a Health & Wellbeing Administrator in Sydney CBD/Moorebank to provide admin and coordination support across workplace injury management and workers compensation activities, helping employees through recovery and return-to-work journeys.

The role requires experience in administration within injury management or HR, strong organisation and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Previous administration experience, ideally within workers compensation, injury management, HR or a similar field.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support workers compensation and injury management claims
• Maintain employee records, medical documentation and claim files
• Liaise with employees, medical providers, rehabilitation consultants and insurers
• Assist with return-to-work coordination and injury management processes
• Provide administrative support across the Health & Wellbeing function
• Prepare reports, meeting notes and correspondence
• Build positive relationships with operational teams and key stakeholders
