Tarneit Rise Primary School seeks a Learning Specialist: Instructional Leader - Wellbeing and Inclusion to lead modelling of exemplary wellbeing practices and to coach teachers in inclusive pedagogy. The role focuses on improving student engagement and safety through data-informed decisions and school-wide wellbeing strategies.

The successful candidate will collaborate with the W&I team and align strategies with school priorities while supporting professional learning and demonstration lessons.

Qualificações

• Demonstrated expertise in curriculum and explicit teaching strategies across literacy and numeracy.
• Ability to implement high-impact teaching strategies and monitor student progress growth.
• Strong data-use skills to inform teaching practice and share feedback with families.

Responsabilidades

• Lead modelling of exemplary wellbeing and inclusion practices across Tarneit Rise Primary School.
• Provide professional learning and coaching to embed evidence-based wellbeing practices.
• Analyse wellbeing and engagement data to inform teaching adjustments and interventions.
• Drive whole-school wellbeing and inclusion priorities and MTSS alignment.
• Collaborate with W&I leadership to plan strategic implementation and support.
• Perform other duties as directed by the principal.
