Qualifications

• Must be hands-on with a strong interest in welding, fabrication and learning a skilled trade.

Responsibilities

• Learning welding, metal fabrication and repair techniques.
• Assisting with the design, construction and repair of a wide variety of trailers and towable vehicles.
• Working with different materials, tools and workshop equipment.
• Developing practical trade skills under the guidance of experienced tradespeople.
• Attending TAFE and applying your learning in the workplace.
• Contributing to custom projects and specialised repairs.
