Job summary

Barker Trailers located in Woodend, Victoria, is seeking a skilled welder for a permanent full-time role. You will read blueprints, select welding methods, and join components in multiple positions while ensuring quality and safety.

You will finish welds with grinding and cleaning, inspect for structural integrity, work with hand and power tools, and maintain a clean, safe work area. Salary ranges from 75,000 to 85,000 AUD per year.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ full-time experience in industrial welding and fabrication.
• Trade qualification in Welding or similar (desirable).
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
