Job summary

BuildRight Construction AU in New South Wales, Australia, seeks experienced First-Class Welders/Fabricators for full-time roles with immediate start and overtime opportunities in a modern workshop. You will perform high-quality fabrication and welding work, reading drawings and specifications, and work both independently and as part of a professional team to meet project deadlines.

Trade qualification as Welder/Boilermaker/Fabricator is required; MIG, TIG and Stick welding skills essential;

Qualifications

• Trade qualification as a Welder, Boilermaker, Fabricator, or equivalent.
• Proven fabrication and welding experience in a workshop.
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding processes.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Carry out fabrication and welding work to engineering specifications.
• Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding across a range of projects.
• Read and interpret drawings and blueprints.
• Fabricate, assemble and repair steel components to required quality standards.
• Operate workshop machinery safely and efficiently.
• Inspect completed work for accuracy and compliance with specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment.
• Work independently while meeting production deadlines.
