Job summary

BuildRight Construction AU is seeking an experienced metal fabricator in Western Australia to turn drawings and concepts into accurately fabricated Aluminium and Sheet Metal products.

We require 3–5 years of professional fabrication experience, proven aluminium welding ability (TIG or laser), and strong reading of drawings. Sponsorship may be considered for suitable candidates; full visa sponsorship is available under Australian programs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional fabrication experience.
• Experience in sheet metal or aluminium fabrication.
• Demonstrated aluminium welding capability.
• TIG or laser welding experience.
• Strong ability to read drawings and technical sketches.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret fabrication drawings and workshop sketches.
• Fabricate aluminium and sheet metal products to specifications.
• Carry out TIG and laser welding on aluminium components.
• Operate workshop machinery for cutting, bending and rolling.
• Prepare materials and components for fabrication.
• Measure and check finished work for accuracy.
• Assemble fabricated components with precision.
• Maintain consistent quality throughout production.
• Collaborate with other trades and production personnel.
• Identify ways to improve fabrication efficiency.
