About The Role

We are seeking experienced Casual Boilermakers/Welders with a strong background in structural welding to join our workshop team. This role will focus on delivering high‑quality structural fabrication work in a safe and efficient environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Structural welding (MIG, TIG, Arc) on medium to heavy components
• Fabrication and assembly of structural steel
• Interpret technical drawings and deliver precise, high‑quality work
• Cutting, grinding, and general workshop duties
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment

About You

• Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade (Boilermaker/Welder)
• Proven experience in structural welding
• Strong MIG, TIG, and Arc welding capability
• High‑risk licences (Forklift, EWP, Rigging) – desirable
• Safety certifications (Working at Heights, Confined Space) – desirable
• Reliable, detail‑focused, and a strong team player
