Job summary

The Wulguru Group is seeking an experienced Fabricator / Boilermaker to join our growing team at our Townsville workshop, with potential site work. You will fabricate, assemble and repair steel components and structures in line with drawings, specs, and safety requirements.

Based in our workshop, you will contribute to high-quality fabrication and maintenance services across multiple industries, while upholding WHS and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role (Fabricator/Boilermaker).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Strong fabrication and welding skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Fabrication and assembly of structural steel and components.
• Reading and interpreting workshop drawings and specifications.
• Welding (MIG / TIG / Stick as required).
• Use of fabrication equipment and hand tools.
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety.
• Compliance with company procedures, WHS requirements, and quality standards.
