Job summary

Engineering Trades Australia is seeking an experienced Welder for a major MSCL pipeline upgrade project. You will be responsible for welding and installation on 700 OD MSCL pipelines, using Innershield/FCAW-S processes as part of a skilled crew.

Role includes 12-hour shifts with DIDO from Perth and accommodation provided, offering long-term opportunities on a major infrastructure project.

Qualifications

• Cert III Engineering – Fabrication Trade MEM31922.
• Proven Innershield welding experience.
• Experience welding 700 OD MSCL pipe.
• Able to pass a practical FCAW-S weld test.
• Australian Driver's Licence.
• White Card.
• Working at Heights.
• Confined Space.
• National Police Clearance or ability to obtain.
• Australian residency with full working rights.

Responsibilities

• Welding and installation of 700 OD MSCL pipelines and associated work.
• General welding and pipeline installation duties.
• Maintain high workmanship standards and safety.
• Work as part of an experienced pipeline crew.
