Heidelberg Materials Australia, Sancrox Quarry, is seeking a Weighbridge & Logistics Coordinator for a permanent full-time role near Port Macquarie. You will coordinate the transport fleet, manage weighbridge operations and administer systems to maintain compliant reporting.

Reporting to the Quarry Manager, the role suits an organized, proactive individual with a broad workload, early morning starts, Monday–Friday with occasional Saturday work.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or fleet coordination.
• WHS/regulatory reporting experience.
• Proficiency with business systems such as SAP, MYOB, or Xero.

Responsibilities

• Operate weighbridge and process load tickets accurately.
• Plan and coordinate daily fleet allocation.
• Maintain relationships with haulage contractors and suppliers.
• Manage purchase orders, invoicing and reconciliation.
• Maintain compliance documentation and reporting.
• Own site administration systems and digital records.
• Identify opportunities to improve site processes.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to drivers, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Support sales and dispatch activities.
• Learn to operate the sales loader.
