Job summary

Kypreos Group in Sydney, NSW seeks an administrative and customer service professional to be the first point of contact at our waste recovery facility. You will handle inquiries, direct customers to drop-off points, and support on-site education and reporting.

Key duties include responding to public inquiries, coordinating with operations via two-way radio, and helping maintain accurate records and reports on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative and/or customer service position.
• Proficiency with office technology and systems.
• Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written communication and grammar.
• Sound numeracy skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Receive all customers at the facility and direct them to drop-off points.
• Respond to telephone enquiries from the public.
• Assist with education and advice to enforce on-site good practice.
• Manage two-way radio communications with operations staff.
• Prepare accurate statistical reports for the facility.
