Job summary

Laurel Group is a trusted family-owned cleaning and property services company based in Victoria. We are seeking experienced, customer-focused cleaners to join our growing team on a permanent part-time basis.

A National Police Check or ability to obtain one is required, along with current right to work in Australia. As a cleaner, you will perform a range of tasks at client sites, including waste and dust management, toilet and kitchen cleaning, window cleaning, and use of heavy-duty equipment.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and high standard of cleanliness.
• Good reading, writing and verbal communication to liaise with clients and staff.
• Awareness of Occupational Health and Safety practices.
• Current right to work in Australia is required.

Responsibilities

• Waste collection, segregation, and disposal.
• Toilet and kitchen area cleaning.
• Litter collection and cleaning around building perimeters.
• Responding to ad-hoc cleaning requests (spills, etc.).
• Vacuuming and hard floor cleaning.
• Low and high dusting.
• General office cleaning.
• Full window cleaning (squeegee/blade).
• Operating heavy-duty cleaning equipment.

About the Role

Working within a friendly, supportive team, our cleaners deliver a range of cleaning tasks to agreed schedules — always to a high standard, and always acting as a positive representative of Laurel Group for our clients. Depending on the site, your responsibilities may include:

• Waste collection, segregation, and disposal
• Toilet and kitchen area cleaning
• Litter collection and cleaning around building perimeters
