Job summary

EXCEL Building Management in Sydney is seeking reliable, customer-focused individuals for a long-term concierge role at high-end apartment complexes. You will be the face of the building, delivering 5-star service to residents and guests while upholding security and operations standards.

The position requires availability for late nights and weekends, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Word/Excel, email, and BuildingLink.

Qualifications

• Availability to work late nights and weekends.
• Ability to build rapport with residents and cooperative relationships with the team.
• Front of house or customer service experience.
• Proven quality written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer literacy (use of Microsoft Word and Excel, e-mail and BuildingLink).

Responsibilities

• Provide residents and guests with a 5-star service at the front desk.
• Assist Building Manager with By Laws, resident car park, reporting, and keys auditing.
• Monitor movements of visitors, service providers and goods in and around the building.
• Maintain database, answer emails, telephone, and intercom enquiries.
• Secure resident keys, security devices, parcels and dry cleaning.
• Carry out internal and external patrols and assist in emergencies.
• Ensure entry and lifts are tidy and presentable.
