Contemporary Catering, a family-owned catering provider for aged care facilities across Victoria and NSW, is seeking a casual kitchen role to produce high-quality meals and support residents' dining experiences. You will lead a kitchen team, manage stock and costs, and ensure food safety and WHS compliance.

Qualifications

• Chef qualifications required.
• Experience with modified textures and dietary needs in aged care is essential.
• Knowledge of food cost management is desirable.
