Qualifications

• Previous Practice Management or comparable leadership experience.
• Experience within the dental industry highly regarded.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Managing daily operations across a busy four-chair dental clinic.
• Supporting and coordinating clinical and front-office staff.
• Overseeing patient scheduling, appointment management and daily workflows.
• Maintaining a welcoming, professional patient experience.
• Working closely with Dentists to improve practice efficiency.
• Managing administrative processes and operational responsibilities.
• Providing positive leadership and guidance to team members.
• Identifying practical improvements to clinic systems and procedures.
• Maintaining a productive, supportive and patient-focused workplace environment.
