Job summary

Toby's Estate in Redfern, NSW is seeking an experienced Barista to join our busy, high-volume café. You’ll handle the espresso bar, maintain quality, and deliver friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a Monday–Friday roster, a great team of four baristas, a beautiful café location, and a short walk from Redfern Station. If you’re passionate about specialty coffee and teamwork, we’d love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Strong specialty coffee experience and capable with a busy espresso bar.
• Confident working in a high-volume café and delivering fast service.
• Great customer service skills and positive, team-focused attitude.
• Reliable, punctual and Able to maintain quality during peak times.
• Experience in a fast-paced café is essential.
