• Ensure events progress seamlessly by following procedures and collaborating with colleagues.
• Apply judgment to incorporate current trends in event and wedding design.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the client journey.
• Identify revenue opportunities through up-selling and enhancements to create standout events.
• Coordinate with internal teams to execute flawless events in line with client expectations.
