Treasury Wine Estates is seeking a Website Experience Specialist to join the Digital team and optimise the online customer journey across direct-to-consumer platforms.

You will coordinate campaigns, build landing pages, manage promotions and loyalty activities, and collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, Loyalty and Technology teams to deliver engaging digital experiences. 3+ years in ecommerce/digital roles and experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Shopify are preferred.

Formación

• 3+ years experience in ecommerce, digital marketing or website operations.
• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Shopify.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and online merchandising.
• Experience creating promotions, campaigns and landing pages.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and execute online campaigns and promotional activities.
• Build and maintain campaign landing pages and customer experiences.
• Manage promotions, offers, vouchers and loyalty activities.
• Support targeted customer marketing initiatives and audience segmentation.
• Ensure product information and content are accurate and up to date.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, Loyalty, Digital and Technology teams.
