Qualifications

• Proven ability in software architecture and large-scale platform evolution.
• Hands-on engineering across COBOL, .NET, Java, and SQL.
• Strong knowledge of consumer wealth operations and market connectivity (ASX CHESS).

Responsibilities

• Lead design of core wealth systems and platform evolution.
• Translate business strategy into robust technical solutions.
• Mentor engineers and promote testing, observability, security, and CI/CD.
• Reduce technical debt and define clear interfaces.
