Job summary

JV Recruitment Pty is seeking experienced Waterproofers to work on a mix of commercial construction projects across Sydney, with some residential work available. This is an ongoing opportunity with a busy, supportive team.

The ideal candidate has hands-on waterproofing experience, including membrane systems, surface preparation and quality workmanship. A White Card and a willingness to work across Sydney are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on waterproofing experience with membranes.
• Experience applying liquid or sheet membranes.
• Experience on commercial construction; residential experience valued.
• Knowledge of surface preparation and proper membrane application.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Reliable, hardworking team player with White Card.

Responsibilities

• Apply liquid and sheet membrane systems on commercial and residential projects.
• Prepare concrete substrates prior to membrane application.
• Waterproof concrete structures and other areas to prevent water ingress.
• Follow project specs, installation procedures and site safety rules.
• Collaborate with site teams to deliver quality workmanship and reliable results.
