The role requires diagnosing root causes, recommending practical remedial solutions, and working independently with strong fault-finding and communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years' remedial building experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of building practices and remedial methods.
• Experience with water testing, flood testing and leak investigations.
• Ability to diagnose root causes and recommend remedial solutions.
• Strong communication of findings and recommendations.

• Attend sites to investigate defects and maintenance issues.
