Job summary

St George Sailing Club on the NSW coast is seeking a Chef de Partie for a busy high-volume casual Bistro, with full-time and casual options. You’ll join a waterfront kitchen team delivering fresh, quality meals and contributing to a great kitchen culture.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in a similar environment, a passion for food safety, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Training and development are supported in a collaborative setting at Sans Souci.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a high-volume dining environment.
• Experience across any cuisine backgrounds is welcomed.
• Ability to work across days, nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene and kitchen organisation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present a wide range of meals in line with the menu.
• Ensure food safety and correct handling, including dietary requirements.
• Maintain clean, organised workstations and kitchen equipment.
• Ensure proper storage and rotation of stock.
