Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience (prep and à la carte – lunch & dinner essential).
• Relevant trade qualifications.
• Experience in fast-paced, service-driven venues.
• Strong guest focus and passion for food.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality food preparation and presentation at all times.
• Manage stock levels in line with company procedures and recipes.
• Maintain strict food hygiene and safety standards; keep kitchen clean during and after service.
• Support the Head Chef with cost control and budget targets; work in a team or solo as required.
