Job summary
Add Staff presents a Sydney-based role for a Business Development Manager specializing in Water and Waste Water. You will drive growth across water, waste water, utilities and infrastructure sectors, reporting to the General Manager – Sales and nurturing key accounts with end-to-end supply and installation opportunities.
You will possess electrical trade or engineering qualifications, with 5+ years local sales experience in water/infrastructure sectors, and a strong contracting/systems
Qualifications
- Must have strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in contracting and systems integration
- Intimate knowledge of high voltage switchgear, transformers, protection systems and packaged solutions
- Strong understanding of electrical industry and safety standards (AS3000:2007)
Responsibilities
- Identify and secure opportunities for supply and installation of automation systems and electrical packages for water, waste water, utilities and infrastructure
- Maintain and grow current portfolio of customers to achieve sales targets
- Market the company services and cultivate relationships with clients and suppliers
- Identify new tender opportunities and participate in tendering and bid processes
- Assist estimating team with tender preparation and submission
- Collaborate with supply chain partners and assist project team to deliver profitable projects
