Job summary

Page Group Australia is seeking a Principal Engineer to lead Sydney Water Major Projects and Development capabilities from Sydney. The role focuses on business strategy, client growth and team development within an established utility engineering consultancy.

The successful candidate will drive growth across subdivision and water infrastructure projects, leveraging industry relationships and a strong leadership presence to shape the division’s future.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering Sydney Water and/or development-related projects.
• Proven ability to secure new work and manage client relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership and team development capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a Sydney Water and WSC capable engineering team.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with developers, councils and contractors.
• Identify, secure and deliver new business opportunities.
• Provide technical leadership across major development and infrastructure projects.
• Mentor engineers and designers to build capability.
• Contribute to strategic decisions and growth initiatives.
