The ideal candidate will drive strategic growth, operational excellence, and financial performance, reporting to the National General Manager and guiding a team across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years in civil construction.
• Proven experience in water & sewer infrastructure.
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.
• Experience delivering multi-site projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with national objectives.
• Provide leadership for SA business direction.
• Deliver revenue, cost management, profitability targets.
• Manage regional budgets, forecasting and risk.
• Lead a high-performing team of operations staff.
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure WHS, environmental compliance and policies.
