Job summary
Freshwater Systems Pty is seeking a Water Treatment Service Technician & Business Development Specialist for a hybrid NSW-based role. You will perform hands-on maintenance and installation of water treatment systems while identifying sales opportunities during service visits.
The position emphasizes strong troubleshooting, practical field experience, and excellent customer communication to support growth with key customers across healthcare, mining, and agriculture sectors.
Qualifications
- On-site service and maintenance of water treatment equipment.
- Willingness to travel regionally.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license required.
Responsibilities
- Perform on-site breakdown services, repairs, and maintenance of water treatment equipment.
- Install and commission new treatment systems.
- Conduct water quality testing and adjust chemical dosing levels.
- Maintain detailed service records and compliance documentation.
- Build relationships with customers during service visits and support sales opportunities.
